It was a great experience from start to finish.

Robert was able to come out the next day we spoke on the phone. He quickly understood what we had in mind for our backyard.

He got back to me right after we reviewed what needed to be done and with a reasonable quote. He was able to complete the job within a few weeks (that’s because my husband I still wanted to fix  a few things before we could schedule).

He was very professional and responsive communicating every  detail of the job. He showed up and did an excellent job exceeding our expectations.

We will definitely be referring this company to friends and family!

FL Patriot Grading was recommended to me by my next door neighbor who had them clear the back of his lot. I was so impressed with how great it looked that I called Rob at FL Patriot Grading and explained what I wanted done.  Rob came over and we walked my property.  While I explained I wanted to clear the rear and get rid of the all the Brazilian pepper bushes and trees that had taken over the rear of my property and were killing my native cypress trees. Rob came with his Dad Bob and their machine.  Bob started clearing my lot and was very meticulous and precise in getting all the invasive plants out roots and all. Bob did a marvelous job of grading all the areas until they were flat and level.  Bob also cleared the side of my home of the peppers and graded the steep slope to a gradual slope.  Bob worked tirelessly until everything was done to his, Rob’s and my satisfaction.   I am so happy with the work they did and with the great results. Thank you Rob and Bob for the great job.  I know I will be spending many happy hours outside enjoying my backyard.

Rob and his dad has done awesome excavation work for my 40’x60’ metal building. They cleared the site, built up, graded and compacted building pad to specified elevation, and installed silt fence. All passing county inspections with no issue. Rob was  easily reachable by a phone, easy to work, always promptly feed backing on any questions I had.

Robert, with FL Patriot Grading was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk to and explain exactly what I was looking for! He was able to grade my entire yard in a day and raised my back yard 16-18 inches. He works hard and fast with precision behind that bucket. Rob and his team graded our preschool playground to prevent water from getting into our building and to prepare for our new playset to be put in. From the first time calling him and scheduling the quote, Rob was very professional and scheduled us in as soon as possible. On the day he came with the machines, he welcomed the children to watch them work and at the end of the day, spent time to explain what he does and showed them the skid steer and let them take pictures. We had FL Patriot Grading (Rob) over to spread two piles of dirt we got from someone else. Now let’s start there…a great name for a business and a true American running and honest business!  Anyway, it turned out the piles had a few rocks / small boulders in them and I figured it would be difficult to spread.  How wrong was I, turns out Rob must have been operating a skid steer in the womb because this guy picks out the rocks like chop sticks on a rice grain.  We were able to get rid of the rocks and have a final grade that was laser perfect. Rob is incredible!

He built up the pad for our new garage so that it would meet the county code requirements and advised the steps needed to pass inspection.  Robert is great to work with and conducts himself with honesty, integrity and clear communications. This dude is insane!!! Our front yard was all cattywampus with ruts and high and low spots.  He came in and spread fill dirt around making our front yard laser level. Unreal, never seen a flat front yard like this.  He set me up to have a nice flat bed to put my sod on.  Very impressed and equally important, the price was just right….this dude is the real deal!
